August was a decent month with a small 1% increase in new paid patrons and a 6% increase overall in active paid patrons. Active paid patronage can increase without a significant increase in new paid patrons if more patrons are reactivating or updating declined payment methods.

Cancellation rates, reactivation rates, and payment processed rates remained stable.
